Mr. Azimuddin, Advocate Supreme Court obtained his Law Degree (L.L.B) from Punjab University in 1958, and after obtaining his license from the West Pakistan Bar Council, he established the law firm in 1958. He has a wide experience of about 50 years of handling all types of litigation including Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Families Laws, Land Settlement and Agricultural Laws. He argued the renowned case of Khariti v. Border Allotment Committee (PLD 1970 S.C) before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. It was an important case for the restoration of property rights of an individual which had been taken over by a Martial Law Authorities. He is the brain behind the law firms. He continues to plead important cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Mr. Zafar Iqbal graduated from Punjab University, Lahore and obtained L.L.B degree from University Law College. He earned an LL.M. in International Taxation and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, an LL.M in US Law from Washington University in Saint Louis, School of Law, JSD (c) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and M.P.A from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
He is conducting and handling litigations as an Advocate of High Court and has represented many important cases relating to Contract Law, Investment Management, International Customs, International Taxation, Financial Services, Banking and Shipping Laws.
Besides an international trade consultant, he is an expert on VAT, GATT Code of Valuation, Financial Services, Investment Management, Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.
He regularly contributes to his blog: Zafar’s Blog on International Studies, besides being a contributor as a columnist on multiple subjects in Daily “Business Recorder”, Karachi.
Mr. Waqar Azim obtained his Master in Political Science from Punjab University and L.L.B from Punjab University Law College, Lahore. He served the Banking Sector for several years. He served as Civil Judge in Punjab. He is an expert in Sales Tax Law, Customs Law, International Trade, Debt Recovery, Property Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Litigation and Tax Conflicts. He has been litigating many important cases relating to Sales Tax before the various High Courts and a number of his Judgment have been reported in the leading law journals including PLD, PTD, PTCL, Taxation and Civil Law Cases. He brings with him a vast experience of defending his clients. He is an enrolled advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Ms. Kanwal Zafar is a graduate from Karachi University, wherefrom she obtained a master’s degree in Economics with a minor specialization in social behaviour. She was trained as marriage counsellor and has been in practices for five years.
